How long does it take to build my website?
Most ESG website projects are completed within approximately four to eight weeks, depending on the package, number of pages, integrations, content readiness, and how quickly feedback and approvals are provided.
Your proposal will include a project-specific timeline before work begins.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. ESG can review your current website and determine whether it should be refreshed, reorganized, rebuilt, or migrated to a different platform.
The recommendation will be based on your goals, current website condition, platform limitations, and the amount of useful content that can be preserved.
Do I need to provide the content and images?
You will provide the core business information, including your services, company details, contact information, brand files, and any existing photos or written materials you want considered.
ESG will organize the content-collection process and provide guidance. Professional copywriting, stock photography support, and additional content development may be added to the project.
What happens after my website is live?
ESG completes final testing, publishes the approved website, and provides the applicable training or handoff documentation.
Optional Website Care plans are available for businesses that want ongoing updates, maintenance, monitoring, and support.
Will my website work on mobile phones?
Yes. Every ESG website is designed to be responsive across common desktop, tablet, and mobile screen sizes.
Before launch, the website is reviewed for mobile navigation, content readability, button placement, form functionality, and general usability.
Is hosting included?
Hosting, domains, premium plugins, email accounts, licenses, and other third-party services are not automatically included unless specifically listed in your package or proposal.
ESG will explain which accounts are required, who owns them, and which recurring costs apply before the website is launched.
Will I own the website after the project?
Ownership and licensing terms are explained in your service agreement. Custom website content and project assets are transferred according to the terms of the completed agreement and final payment.
Third-party software, templates, stock assets, plugins, and platforms remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
How many revisions are included?
The Website Launch package includes two structured revision rounds. The Website Growth package includes three structured revision rounds.
Revisions refine the approved direction. New pages, features, integrations, or major design changes outside the original scope may require an additional fee.
